How to Join

Membership is open to those individuals and families enthusiastic about four-wheeling and back country adventure. We meet once a month to plan the trail runs - both day trips and extended overnight. We also assist our local Forest Service in clean-ups. The monthly meeting is the first Tuesday of every month at Murphy's Grill on Hwy 89A in Cottonwood from 7:00pm until 8:30pm.

Applicants for membership must attend 3 club meetings and 3 club activities within a 12-month period before an application for membership will be considered. Before new applicants attend a club run, their vehicle must pass all mandatory safety equipment as per Article XI in the club bylaws.

Review the mandatory equipment and request that a club member inspect your vehicle prior to attending a run. Vehicles that don't meet the requirements listed in the Club Bylaws will not be allowed on the run. A vote of two-thirds of the members present will be needed to accept a new member. This vote will be taken at the first meeting following the fulfillment of the applicant’s requirements. The vote will be by secret ballot. Upon acceptance, payment of an initiation fee and appropriate membership dues will be required. Member’s children who turn 18 and own a 4x4 will automatically become a member upon payment of dues.

Conscience Use of Public Land
Our club members promote responsible off-highway travel. Several times a year, the group gets together with the Forest Service to remove vehicles and large debris which is left in remote and inappropriate places.
